An accurate tee shot between the fairway bunkers left and right will make the green reachable in 2 for the longer hitters on this 1st par 5. the majority of players will be left with a short iron approach to the green after their 2nd shots. 2 bunkers on right fairway short of the green are best avoided if par is to be attained.
A large bunker front left, a small pot bunker back right and a mound short right, protect the green, which is surprisingly quick when putting from above the whole. |
